Glass flora and invertebrates from the Harvard Museum of Natural History.

Commissioned by Professor George Lincoln Goodale, founder of Harvard’s Botanical Museum, for the purpose of teaching botany, with financing from Mary Lee and Elizabeth Ware.

Created from 1887-1936 by Leopold and Rudolph Blaschka at their studio in Hosterwitz, Germany.

Over 3000 models of 847 different species were made.
